ALESO GmbH is responsible for data processing in connection with this website. You can contact us at info@aleso.ch with privacy questions.
2. Technical access data
When you visit the website, the web server or hosting provider may log technical data such as your IP address, time of access, requested file, referrer, browser and operating system. This data is used to operate the website securely, maintain stability and diagnose errors.
Logs are deleted or anonymised when no longer needed for these purposes, unless a legal obligation or a specific security incident requires longer retention.
3. Contacting us
When you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, message and – where provided voluntarily – company name. We use these details exclusively to answer your enquiry, continue the conversation and, where relevant, prepare or carry out a business relationship. You will not be added to a newsletter automatically.
To protect the form from misuse, we process a short-lived, strictly necessary security cookie and technical information such as the IP address and submission time. This security data is used exclusively to verify the request origin and enforce a temporary submission limit. The form uses no CAPTCHA and sends no data to CAPTCHA providers.
Form submissions are not stored permanently on the website or in a form database. They are sent directly to our email system. We retain the resulting correspondence only for as long as required for the purpose or by statutory retention obligations.
4. Cookies, analytics and external content
This website uses no analytics or marketing services and no tracking cookies. The contact form uses only one strictly necessary security cookie. It is used solely for secure form submission, cannot be read by JavaScript and expires after no more than 30 minutes.
Fonts and images are served locally. No third-party maps, social-media feeds or videos are embedded.
External websites are contacted only when you choose to follow a link. The respective provider's privacy terms then apply.
5. Service providers and disclosures
Service providers may process personal data where this is necessary for hosting, email communication or technical operation. We do not sell personal data. If data is processed abroad, we take account of an adequate level of protection and the safeguards required by law.
6. Your rights
Under applicable data-protection law, you may in particular request access, correction or deletion and object to processing. Legal obligations and overriding legitimate interests may limit these rights.
Please send requests to info@aleso.ch. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
7. Security and changes
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. This notice may be updated if the website, the services used or legal requirements change.
